Dale Cottongim is subject matter expert providing support within the Department of Navy specializing in Contracting, Acquisition, and Logistics, including data analytics and business process reengineering (BPR). Mr. Cottongim supports the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Procurement) in formulating contract policy for the Department of the Navy including understanding the effects of changes and interconnections across all contracting and interrelated acquisition policies. Mr. Cottongim also  supports the Navy Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) providing acquisition program management support, procurement policy implementation, logistics analysis, and BPR. He is a retired Navy Supply Corps officer and supports the local active duty, retired and reserve communities as the Retired Liaison to the Navy Supply Corps Foundation – Washington DC Chapter. He enjoys golf and reading.
